Medics need your help to trace the family of a patient who died in hospital
Hospital bosses are trying to trace relatives of a Hartlepool patient who has died.
Edith Blakemore died at the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough on April 2.
The 83-year- old lived in Hartlepool
Workers at the hospital's bereavement service are now desperately trying to find anyone who knew Edith.
A spokesman said: "Edith came from Hartlepool and we would like to hear from anyone who knew her."
