Despite the early success, Michael has looked back on how he developed his love for music.
He said: "It was my Nan who gave me my initial introduction to the music I like, she gave me a pile of CDs from the likes of David Bowie and The Rolling Stones.
"I was also given a guitar as a child so that music, along with the likes of Oasis and Razorlight, inspired me to pick it up and teach myself how to play.

He added: “Lula is a tongue in cheek tale about a one-night stand – an observation of a late-night encounter that most people will relate to.
“I wrote it a couple of days before heading into the studio, I wanted to write a catchy pop song and this is what I came up with.”
