Nine of the cheapest streets to buy properties in Hartlepool

Home sales company Property Solvers uses data from the Land Registry to track the average price of properties sold across the country.

The latest figures show the the nine cheapest streets to buy a property in and around Hartlepool using new data.

The streets listed include those where at least two properties have been sold between January 1, 2023, and January 1, 2024.

Below are the cheapest streets from lowest to highest.

1. Derwent Street
