They have renovated houses, organised runs and helped people to have their dreams come true.
We are talking about the Hartlepool charity Miles for Men which has just passed the milestone of handing out 400,000 in donations to worth causes.
And what is equally amazing is the range of great events the charity’s officials have held since it started in 2012.
