"Our work to deliver our key strategic priorities is shaped by the needs and concerns of our communities and we always welcome feedback on how we’re doing."
The survey is open until Sunday, July 25, and participants could win one of several £50 Amazon vouchers.
It can be completed online at www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/COMMUNITIESJULY21/
