While the 18-year-old striker has only made four brief appearances from the bench so far, his stature as well as a few nice touches suggests he could go on to do well as he continues to develop. Photo: Michael McGeary / Hartlepool United Football Club

Brought in as something of a Hail Mary, having failed to find the net in nine appearances for Barrow, following injuries to Mani Dieseruvwe and Josh Umerah but has been unable to rediscover the goalscoring touch during his time in the North East. Combative and industrious, the 28-year-old has been frustrated by a lack of minutes since Dieseruvwe returned and headed back to his parent club after picking up an injury in training. Didn't score in nine outings for Pools, albeit just three of them were from the start and during one of those he lined up on the left of midfield, although he did register an unfortunate own goal during the 7-1 drubbing at Gateshead.
