Here’s a look at how Pools could line up for Saturday’s visit of Dagenham & Redbridge:
5. Right-back: Louis Stephenson
The teenager doesn't seem like the type to lose any confidence despite a tough night at York Road, although his marauding run resulted in Callum Cooke's goal and he was much-improved defensively in the second half. Already a fan favourite in the North East and has been voted as man-of-the-match in the last two home games. Photo: Mark Fletcher
6. Central-midfield: Nicky Featherstone
Has not been as influential as he might have liked in recent matches but will be hoping to help Pools dominate the game on Saturday. Photo: Mark Fletcher
7. Central-midfield: Tom Crawford
Had a very good game last weekend and showed a few nice touches in midweek. Has partnered Featherstone in all of the last seven games since returning from suspension. Photo: Mark Fletcher
8. Left-midfield: Terrell Agyemang
Seems like the natural replacement for Chay Cooper, who is ill. Prefers to play more centrally, and had a 30 minute cameo in the middle against Maidenhead, but a lot of his best moments in blue and white have come from the left. Photo: Mark Fletcher
